The primary objectives of INSPIRE, ever
since its inception is to provide facilities for integrated training and
development for Secretarial professionals and to cater to professional
needs of its members both for in-service career growth as also to develop
secretarial manpower right at the student level. The facilities
available presently are too little and ill equipped for meeting the
challenges of secretarial profession which is seen as a major bottleneck
in professional growth of secretarial professionals resulting in lack of
continuous education and exposure to contemporary developments in the
field.
INSPIRE complex seeks to
bridge this very important gap by providing in-service professional
training and counseling and enhance the inherent professional competencies
of secretarial professionals at par. To this objective INSPIRE had
been vigorously pursuing its proposal for allotment of land with the
Government.
INSPIRE complex, as
envisaged is essentially is a Centre of Excellence and shall have
specialized facilities for the following broad categories:-

Management Services -
Curriculum Development
Centre -
Administrative Block -
Library & Student

The Centre shall have
specific programs relating to the assigned area of responsibility.
