Chairman

With profound sense of duty and honour, I come face to face to all the members of INSPIRE. While the Inspire enters in its Sweet sixteenth year, the commitment of the members is more solicited since the more care is required in the teen age to design the future on a solid foundation. My predecessors have done a commendable job by creating a unique platform for the Secretaries with their commitments, involvement, sacrifice and of course with planning. Friends as and when an Institution grows, so are the challenges before it.

A bond with an Institution gives you an additional identity in the society. Your association with the institute improves your personality and gives you boost to do for the institute. The great examples before us are the Institute of Engineers, Indian Medical Association, Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI), Institute of Architects and lots a many.

I know that we, the secretaries, are the back bone of an Officer’s office and have to put their most of life in the office working, which is a sacrifice. While discharging our selfless services we forget even our own identity. Similarly, we are not even giving any heed for the development of our own profession. We are running far from our own fellow professionals. The training nurseries of Secretarial Practices are squeezing day by day.

Dear colleagues, our major thrust area to achieve the very motto of reaching to all our Secretaries working in different Department/ Corporations & MNCs . The new face of our Corporate Culture has to be put on a fast track.

From here, I give you a Clarion Call to come forward and Engage, Energize & Motivate yourself and introduce new members who will not only infuse new blood but also strengthen our organization.

I look forward for your valuable suggestions and ideas for the result oriented performance of INSPIRE.

Inspiringly yours,

Lalit Mohan Bansal
