Directive Principles - Professional Code of Ethics

A member of Institution for Secretarial Practices & Development shall  declare that he/she shall:-

• Subscribe to the aims and objectives of the Institution and sincerely abide to the rules and regulations framed under the Constitution of INSPIRE.

• Conduct and contribute as a responsible Member towards the accomplishments of the goals set forth under the Constitution of INSPIRE.

• Uphold high standards of professional dignity, integrity and effectively contribute to the growth and development of our respective employers.

• Recognize the dignity of an individual as human being irrespective of caste, creed, religion or language and respect the feeling of other without any malice.

• Endeavor to enhance the prestige of secretarial vocation while dealing with other people or agencies in discharge of our functional responsibilities. 

• Participate actively in all activities and programs of INSPIRE and effectively share knowledge, information and experience with other members for mutual growth. 

• Maintain due confidentiality about classified information and never disclose undue details without prior consent of competent authorities. 

• Accept no undue favor or gratification in any form or manner in connection with or in the course of our professional work.

• Abstain from activities which may bring the profession or Institution into disrepute.
