Mr. Lalit Mohan Bansal,Chairman Mr. Lalit Mohan Bansal took over the reins of Inspire as Chairman on 09th October, 2008. Mr. Bansal, a Post Graduate from Punjab University and an Associate Member of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai (AIII) an Insurer by qualifications and profession opted the primary membership as well as Life Membership of Inspire in the year 2000. Soon he was inducted in the Executive Council of Inspire. His creative and innovative ideas always fascinated the Executive Council and was soon nominated as Director Community Services of Inspire. In the year 2006 during the General House Elections, he won the Post of Vice Chairman. His continuous and dedicated work was remarkable and was widely admired by one and all for the development of Inspire. It was the elections of year 2008 when Mr. Lalit Mohan Bansal was unanimously elected as CHAIRMAN of Inspire.

Apart from his dedicated services being rendered to Inspire, Mr. Bansal is a Class I Officer with one of the Leading Public Sector Non Life Insurance Co. and is socially attached with society at various fronts.

Inspire has great hopes from him of scaling new heights under his dynamic leadership.

Mr.Rajan Nanda, Vice Chairman A Life Member of INSPIRE, was elected as Vice Chairman with thumping majority in the elections held in October, 2008. Posted as Court Secretary in Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Mr.Nanda is a Law Graduate apart from holding the Masters Degree in English and Political Science. He remained President and General Secretary of Panjab University (Evening College) for two terms. A social worker by dint of his habits, he is contributing funds for a society of Orphan Children. He has high spirits for the overall development of INSPIRE.

Mr.Purushotam Mehta, Secretary General Mr.Purushotam Mehta unanimously elected Secretary General of INSPIRE in October, 2008. A post-graduate diploma holder of IR&PM and Journalism & Mass Communication, Mr.Mehta is working as Assistant Manager(Coordination) with IFFCO, Haryana, Chandigarh. A founder member of INSPIRE has a mission to create togetherness among secretary fellows and enhance their efficiency and competitiveness in their professional career.

Mr.P.P.Pahwa, Secretary Finance A graduate and a Secretary by profession, Mr.Pahwa is working with Uco Bank. He has been elected as Finance Secretary of INSPIRE consecutively for the 2nd term. Under his able accountancy, the Accounts Department never faced any problem.

Mr. S.K.Dhawan, Auditor A graduate, working with Food Corporation of India as Assistant Manager, Mr.Dhawan is holding the post of Auditor in INSPIRE. He was unanimously elected as Auditor in the elections held in October, 2008.

Mr.Sukesh Kumar, Director Community Services & Executive Member A Life Member of INSPIRE and Secretary by profession, Mr.Sukesh Kumar is working as Private Secretary with Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO), Chandigarh. He joined INSPIRE in the year 2000. He is a part of Executive Council for the 3rd term consecutively. Since his induction in Executive Council, he is holding the prestigious position of Director Community Services. Under his able supervision, INSPIRE has successfully celebrated its Annual Foundation Day three times. Various educational seminars have also been conducted during his tenure. INSPIRE family has also enjoyed excursion trips to Kasauli and Nepli Forest under his able supervision. He is truly dedicated to INSPIRE. His only mission is to give INSPIRE the new heights.

Mrs.Harminder Kaur Chawla, Executive Member Mrs.Harminder Kaur Chawla is a graduate and working with Terminal Ballistic Research Laboratory (TBRL), Ministry of Defence, as Personal Assistant to Director. She has been Executive Council member for the last four terms. Her contribution to INSPIRE has always been applaused.

Mrs.Rajni Dhiman, Executive Member A graduate and Secretary by profession, Mrs.Rajni Dhiman is working with ETDC, Mohali. She was inducted in Executive Council in the elections held in October, 2008.

Mr.Pawan Chugh, Executive Member Mr.Pawan Chugh a post-graduate and diploma holder in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, is working with Yadvindra Public School, Mohali as Liaison Officer. He joined INSPIRE about 14 years back as Life Member. He was inducted in the Executive Council in October, 2008. He is a committed and active member of INSPIRE.

Mr.Anil Gupta, Executive Member Mr. Anil Gupta, a graduate, is working with Semi Conductors Limited, Mohali as Personal Assistant. He joined INSPIRE as a Life Member. He was inducted in the Executive Council in October, 2008. He is a committed and active member of INSPIRE.

Mr.Naveen Sharma, Executive Member A post graduate in History and a law graduate, became the member of INSPIRE two years ago. A sports person, social worker and Secretary by profession, is posted as Reader in Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court. His aggression for development of INSPIRE clicked him in the Executive Council of INSPIRE.

Mr.A.N.Unnikrishnan, Executive Member A graduate from South India, working with Semi Conductors Limited, Department of Space as Personal Assistant. He is founder member of INSPIRE. Mr. and Mrs. Unnikrishnan, both are Life Members of INSPIRE and is first couple Life Members of INSPIRE.
